Warranty on New Or Refurbished Product Both have a 90 Day Warranty with TamayaTech and whatever warranty is left with the Manufacturer if any. All items returned must have a RMA Number that is given by a Representative of TamayaTech. All returns are for repair or replacement, not refund. Only if we cannot repair or replace the product, and only at that time we will then issue a refund. If a RMA Number is issued by a representative. You will have 15 days from date issued to return product and if product is not returned within this time, the RMA Number will no longer be valid and all warranty will be void. Only management can authorize a refund, and a 25% restock might apply. All warranty on special orders cannot be returned for a refund and only for repair or replacement if items are received damaged or DOA.
